Creating your custom phone case is easy! The design process is simplified into three steps:

1. Choose your product - Select your phone model and case type.

2. Upload an image - Use any photo, logo, or text in your design.

3. Checkout - Complete your order securely.

If you need inspiration, you can also use one of our design templates. Nobody deserves a boring phone case!

Unfortunately, this is not possible. As soon as an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our production facility to ensure fast delivery. This is an automated process.

Important: Please make sure you are happy with your design before checking out, as we cannot make changes once your order is submitted.

Be sure to check your junk or spam folder first. If the confirmation email isn't there and you still haven't received an email from us, please let us know.

We send confirmation emails immediately after an order is placed, so if you don't see it within a few minutes, checking your spam folder is the first step.

Shipping & Delivery

If you chose a shipping method with a tracking link, you will receive it via email. You can find this link in the shipping confirmation email from us.

Once you click the tracking link, you will be redirected to the carrier's webpage where you can monitor your package's progress in real-time.

Guaranteed Delivery: If you choose a shipping method with a guaranteed delivery date, we will provide a specific timeframe for your order's arrival. You will receive a tracking link to follow the shipment.

Estimated Delivery: If you choose a method with an estimated delivery date, we provide an approximate delivery window. This means the order could arrive before or after the timeframe shown at checkout. This option does not include a tracking link.

During peak seasons, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery. Please note that orders will not be processed or shipped on the following public holidays in 2025:

Orders placed the day before or on one of these holidays will be sent out the next business day.
